Won't be back . Food was cold , so was the restaurant. Not a lot of room at te tables to be comfortable. Waste of money..not cheap. Only good thing staff were nice.

Service was poor, drinks (diet coke had more water in it than the drink) Food was cold and poor amount of food. Services wasn't great I got refills drinks and didn't get a refill at all during my vist. There was no one about for most of the time. Worse time we had and it ruined our date night.

This has to be the worst food ever, got the festive burger, it was dry and cold , friend got a sandwich which was unedibile, the starter was ok and came quickly but the main took for ever. Cocktails were ok and the waiter was really friendly

Dinner was good BUT the toilets for both ladies and gents were absolutely disgusting. Fully clogged and dirty! The restaurant was dirty aswell and tables were sticky! Overpriced aswell!

First up, restaurant was absolutely freezing, don't think they had the heating on and my coat didn't come off. Prices ludicrously high even more than the one at the Fort. Small portions - thankfully got over £35 off with offers and reward stripes on app. Service was good waitress very nice but that was about it.

Thursday before Christmas, no atmosphere at all, hardly any Christmas tunes, it was really quiet on our visit, expected so much more from TGIsServers looked as if they were not interested.I asked for a cider, and it was served with no glass, I had to call the server back to ask for one, when it did arrive, no ice and just an ordinary soft drink glass. Very disappointed, £80 for a very below average meal.

Understaffed, less good menu than it used to have. Our waiter was utterly delightful, but other staff left quite a bit to be desired. Don't expect this to be a decent weekend lunch venue. Toilets were not at all clean (long-term evidence of a quick mop swish into.the cubicle with a lot of filth left in all the corners) just a general lack of care. Gf is impossible.Dietary restrictions: Don't even bother, they don't.

So went to TGI Friday in Glasgow yesterday 27 December . To make this short and sweet . The prices they are charging for food and drink is absolutely shocking , £6.20 for a bottle of Budweiser ??‍♂️. £20 for Sesame chicken strips as a main meal and it didn’t taste very good at all . Place has went way down hill with over priced food , smaller portions and very greasy cheap frozen food . We will never be back , Much better places in Glasgow with better food at better prices . Bucks bar is Glasgow will get you much better value for money . I suppose this was the reason all Bucksbar & Thundercats in Glasgow had no availability but TGI did . Poor show TGI you need to sort it out .

Food was good BUT.... * the place smells, we were sat at table near staircase for toilets and there was an awful drain smell lingering, really off putting when you are eating! * it could do with a good clean. Sticky menus, floor dirty etc * service is a bit slow, just not enough waiting staff * they got our order wrong.... twice! They corrected it pretty quickly but just annoying

Had some great décor but the food wasn't my type of stuff. Would recommend for other people but Just not for me.

Went here for a casual meal last night, food was amazing! Fajitas came out sizzling, had no complaints about the food what so ever only that we were so full we couldn't manage dessertThey do discounted cocktails from Monday to Thursday- £6 and there are tons to choose from.Staff are extremely attentive. Checked back probably 5 times throughout our 2 hour stay.Would definitely come back! Highly reccomendParking: Parking is unavailable at this location as it is in the middle of buchanan StreetKid-friendliness: It's a kid friendly restaurant, staff are really great with the kids tooWheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately, the outside only has steps, and toilets are located down narrow stairs
