So my son and I got a large chicken and sweetcorn pizza on Friday night. I didn't eat much just 3 slices, my son had some then later on he heated the rest up in the air fryer. I used to be a chef so I store food correctly etc. Next day my son was ill with a bad stomach but I was ok but he had eaten a lot more, when I say a bad stomach he was on the toilet non stop for about 4 hours. Today I have had the exact same thing although not as bad because I had only eaten a little but we don't normally eat together. That's the only common thing we both had so I am 100% sure on this. I have a left a few reviews on here and never once accused any place of that even if the quality was otherwise lacking. I wouldn't just accuse any place of it for no reason, not looking for a refund just saying be careful what you order and we definitely won't be ordering anything from there again. TBF we did order a smaller pizza a few weeks ago and it was ok, only reason he ordered again but got the large one with some cheesy chips. Just letting people know I am not just saying this out of spite. Without trying to be crass but when we both had it, let's just say the aroma we left in the bathroom had it's own unique smell and we both had the same problem on different days. I thought maybe yesterday it was because he had reheated some although I put it in the fridge as soon as it was cool and it was reheated well past the point where it's not the fault. As I said worked as a chef for 30+ years so I know exactly what I am doing and I'm 100% sure as to what I am saying. I honestly feel like reporting it but can't be bothered with all the fuss. Just be careful is all I am saying if you do order anything. Also check out the other guy below me one star review from about a month ago saying the exact same thing on a different item and his granny was ill for 2 days. Avoid like the plague and if you still decide to order and get the same problem report them. Edit - I ended up actually reporting them to environmental health because the food poisoning was so bad & seeing at least one other person on here complaining about the same thing.

Last night got a really nice Donner tella calzone 8/10 tonight got the worst Donner tella calzone 1/10 was more onions than meat and so under cooked the cheese inside was still cold and nowhere near melted not going again

I Went in on sunday to get my wee granny a donnor kebab the customer service was great served by a wee goth i had high hopes but the kebab was dead the donor meat looked like soggy cardboard and have zero flavour then for the next two days my wee granny has been ill with food posioning honstley avoid at all

Waited 2 hours for delivery, and order was wrong.Called to advise and told they'd send another in 15 minutes.After 30 mins I called back and was told they hadn't even cooked the food had no idea how long it'd take to send, so they advised I cancel and order from somewhere else - which took another hour.

Customer service atrocious! The owner stoodSpeaking in a foreign language in front of us whilst we asked to be serviced 3 times. I wish he’d not have bothered servicing us the food was vile! He then tried to charge extra for sauce. I walked outside it was like a rave. Discussing like the food. Basically a character assassination in front of his colleague. Wouldn’t recommend for service for food.
