High end pub and restaurant in Charing cross. Taco Tuesday is a great deal with real queso on the chips which was great. Margaritas where great just the price of a pint means there are few budget options. Lovely staff thoVegetarian options: Vegan tacos available

Been in twice after a curry at akbars . Great atmosphere and great service but got a pint of estrella and it was minging.Few month later back in with friends. Pint of madri ....awful. wont be be back

I booked the Dive Bar for my birthday a few weeks ago and had the best night. When I booked, Evan was really helpful and answered all my questions in the lead up to the event. I ordered platters of food for the night which were super tasty, and arranged a token system for my guests to have a couple of drinks on a bar tab which was no bother. Everything was super easy and chill. The staff on the night were lovely and all my guests had a great time. Highly recommended for a private event.

The bar has a large space and several environments. Practically every day has a different theme. I went on a Monday and there was a very fun quiz. The service is good. It seems to be a very local place, with people from the region. It’s worth knowing.

Guy on the door spoke to us like we were stupid, and lied about how busy it was in an effort to avoid us coming in. It was 8pm and they were open till late, and there was only 4 of us so no idea why.

Came here tonight after booking a table on the website itself only to find that the website had booked us outside in 1 degree weather at a smoking table with us having absolutely zero confirmation of this when we were booking. We cannot sit outside at a smoking table as we have a 6 month old at home who we don’t want to get ill or have second hand smoke from. What an absolute disgrace. To make things worse, we were told by the waitress that tables were ‘fully booked’ however there was at least a dozen free. My partner had a chef who works here recommend to go, but after that experience we won’t be back. Having to plan somewhere else to go now! Avoid.Edit: your response is a complete & utter joke. Your manager was messing around at a bar, NOT checking for another table. I’ve sent you a booking confirmation that says NO WHERE that this was an ‘outside’ option. My review is not ‘unfair’ but your response is. How dare you. Your ‘heated’ garden was nothing but blankets in the freezing cold. I’ll be patiently awaiting the day you’re shut down for good!!

First time today for Taco Tuesday, although not the first time at The Locale (for drinks or food).Really great portion sizes, especially considering it’s a deal on a Tuesday, and very tasty tacos.We had the chicken tacos (super), monthly special BBQ cauliflower tacos (super), fish tacos (we’d prefer more sauce), and chicken loaded fries (amazing - best loaded fries we’ve had).We had a table at 6pm and all finished eating by 6:50pm. Food was quick to come out.All the staff are really friendly.Recommended.

We went for Taco Tuesday. The other reviews said there could be a delay in orders; fortunately we didn't have any. Plenty of drink options. The food prices were really cheap, but the tacos weren't up to the hype that was left by our friend. Maybe because it was soft tacos, that didn't work out for me. But they have good mains. Chicken asada with fries was really good. Good spot to hangout with your friends. Do book a table on Tuesdays, as it can get crowded.Vegetarian options: Tacos with beans and cornFries (+ cheesy)Dietary restrictions: Tacos are okay for starters; but the other foods are quite high in calories.

Table 28 on a sunny Tuesday in The Locale. Not a bad place to be.Staff are lovely and the bar is spacious enough to accommodate groups and yet not feel empty in quieter moments. It’s not got much in the way of competition in the area and maybe suits a slightly more mature crowd than the rest of Sauchiehall Street.Outside there are around 4 high level tables overlooking a larger covered area which is probably best utilised in late afternoon or evenings as it doesn’t really get a lot of sun.Whilst I didn’t eat the dishes coming out looked appetising and were reasonably priced giving me a reason to returnIf you are in the area it’s well worth a visitWheelchair accessibility: Street level access and no stairs to toilets inside. There are stairs to a mezzanine level and only some tables outside are step free so best to book ahead if needed

popped in for drinks before and after a meal ,good range of beers to choose from and service was good ,although Bar was quiet due to the cycling championships and road closures....card only though No cash
