Not only did I have to wait 30 mins for a toastie and it wasn't even that busy. They order was incorrect once received. Not the the best by any stretch.

First time I have bacon, egg, cheese muffin come with hash brown a bit greasy for my liking and black tea I had. Good value for the money! So sure I took pictures of the muffin and hash brown. Must have forgotten to save the pictures...silly me

Not impressed at all with this time hortons.Machines weren't working properly to make an order and the offers didn't match some of the advertisements.Waited ages for a latte, a hot smores and a frappe.The hot smores was disgusting and tasted like it been made with dirty water, and the latte was the same.Whole place was actually dirty, tables where cleared but non clean. Service was shocking.The thing I'd recommend here is... Walk out go into Glasgow where its much better than this franchise.Honestly we are fans of Tim hortons but this one was a disgusting disaster AVOID

This was a quick takeaway order as they were closing. The food was good, the prices are decent. The self service machines dont work properly but orders can be placed at the till. I have tried a few things here and they have been fine. The staff are very helpful and nice and friendly.

Coffee is great, but the amount of flies when you are sitting In is a joke. Nothing in place to get rid of them.

Just want to share my thanks to the staff for an order that went wrong through no fault of their own. The guy in front of me in the orders queue has 2 orders, his order gets shouted out and he grabs them both. Only, one is my breakfast wrap.My number gets shouted out, it's a breakfast muffin there that I didn't order. We figure out what's happened, the staff agreed to make me a new wrap because of this idiot, and say that I can just keep the mistaken muffin as it would go in the bin anyway. 2 minutes later, I have my order and sit down.I look over to the counter and there's this guy, with MY BREAKFAST WRAP, complaining that wasn't what he ordered. So they go ahead and make him a new muffin it seems. Needlessly costing them yet more stock.Brilliant service from the staff, I'm sorry people suck sometimes. I bet he even thought it was you guys that screwed up his order. Absolute vegetable.

Has been taken over by new people, and the service was excellent. Coffee was well made donuts were lovey and fresh. The two guys working were very friendly and worked efficiently. Huge improvement definitely go back

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely TERRIBLE service on multiple occasions, I was the only person in the line yet I still waited 10 minutes. The staff are extremely rude and problematic. Claimed I was "screaming" at her even though I simply asked how long my order would take. (She screamed at me) Ignored it the first time but their behavior is not acceptable. I approached another staff member who shrugged and claimed she "didn't know" how long it takes extremely rudely. Do better.
