I’ve been In this establishment now 3 or 4 times now, I can honestly say that I won’t be back again. Management were telling the young staff of in front of customers and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t let my daughter work there.

I visited Tortolano’s late in the day and to my surprise, it was still very busy. After trying their ice cream, I can now see why. Freshly made, great flavours and relatively quick service. Though the price is on the steep side for ice cream, it was worth the experience.
