Bought a supper out of here this evening, staff couldn’t have been less interested in me or my order, unpleasant experience from start to finish, I’ll never return, there are other establishments more than happy to serve take your money and serve customers pleasantly, and I’ll be sure to let as many people know of my experience, and after all that the supper was well below average, undercooked and badly presented.

We order from Valentinis every week. Sometimes twice per week. Their special fish is great and pizzas are delicious. Pizza toppings are not great value for money. We often order onion and black olives. The sliced onion topping is an extra 1.60 and the olives circa 2.00. Seriously Considering ordering Margherita and finishing off at home with topping. Mostly we order special fish suppers. These normally come with a sachet of tartar sauce and we often order pickled onions as an extra. Sadly, tonight the pickled onions we bought and paid for were not added to our order. Also, the server forgot to provide the tarter sauce. Not the best experience tonight but also out of character for this good chippy!

Absolutely appalling service and lied to several times on the phone when expediting order. Told each time I called that order was on way. For 2 hours. Male person on phone did not understand his own app or process and became irate when app did not perform as expected. Used to order regularly. Never again. Avoid and order from nonna Ginas or piccolina e vino.

Poor poor service. Extremely slow and wouldn’t make up any more potato fritters and yet made up a whole batch of battered fish. Won’t be back!

Lovely takeaway. Fast service. Clean, modern shop. Two large pieces of very tasty fish and great chips. Perfect.
Their Macaroni cheese is fantastic also so is the price too.
