Was going with friends to the Hydro for a gig and needed somewhere to eat close by beforehand and Van Winkle West End was ideal! Delicious food? YES the wings were so good we ordered them again instantly... the burgers were fantastic and the philly cheese steak was delightful! Like the wee beer garden area too and like we said nice and close for a short easy 10 min walk to the Hydro. Defo be coming back!

We love Van Winkles because of the dog menu, the human menu is also pretty good ? The food was tasty and service was quick. Saturday lunchtime was not busy which meant the place lacked a bit of atmosphere but when we passed by later in the day 8pm ish it was much busier.

Nice bar with the best selection of bourbons and good food menu, especially for fried chicken fans. The Kentucky inspired afternoon tea is an interesting offer with tasty food, especially the halloumi bites and sweets were good, although the coffee wasn't great.

Went for cocktails, mocktails & some light food. Cracking place, delicious food & lovely mocktail. Asked Matt the barman to make me fruity drink & was absolutely delicious! Had haggis bon bons & chicken wings, really tasty & super quick

Popped in here twice during our stay in Glasgow, once for meal on the day we arrived (Mon 23rd Oct) and the burgers were fab, succulent, tasty and cooked just right. The second time for just a drink after an exhausting day working around the city (Wed 25th Oct). Each time the staff behind the bar have been amazing. They are friendly, courteous, chatty (if you want to chat) and very polite, each time asking if we wanted a tab opened and even bringing over the drinks to the table. Both members of staff were a credit the industry and the bar. Thank you.
