Worst chippy i have been to, fish batter was white and so soft with the amount of grease under the undercooked batter, tasted weird, ate half of my 2 slices of fish and binned it, chips were actually not too bad, had a pizza crunch while waiting and that was chewy and also white, no colour to the batter, wouldnt go back here!!! Guy looked angry we walked in late also ?♀️ 8.30 ish at night

Just had w chicken suppers delivered . Absolutely revolting. Chicken was tougher than an old leather boot and chips were half cooked . Chips went in the bin and chicken went in the dogs . Worst £20+ I've ever spent . I'm now going to order an Indian. Fingers crossed .FOLLOW UPI just called Victor and spoke to manageress . Who in her words " I'm not dealing with that"Talking about me .So I ordered thru The Victor order button unknown it was just eat ( as they're so bad aswell with customer service) I don't have JE App or any details to get in touch with them . I bought my food from Victor's and they can't deal with it . Absolutely disgusting food and matching customer service from manageress .

Ordered on just eat had to cancel delivery hadn't left the shop was still charged full price including delivery which I never got got rip off stay clear, will never use again

Just got £30 of undercooked food delivered. The chips were solid in the center and the pizza was just crispy dough with almost raw bacon on it. Utterly vile and overpriced food. Never again ?

Terrible service tonightNothing in window at all expected to wait for ages so much for fast food legit nothing looked as though they hadnt had food on for agesStaff uneasy about taking the order just walked out and went and got myself a stinking gut rotten blue lagoon but served within five mins!

I always like the food from here but I'm really disappointed at the prices.I remember when a pizza crunch supper was like 2.20 now its 4.60 and a 1.50 for a tub of curry sauce.Staff are always nice.
