Been to this place quite a few times and always been fine previously but on our last visit our experience poor was due to the the female server.Firstly we arrived and only two other people were seated in the entire place. She curtly asked “Do you have a booking?” Not having one seemed to spoil her day even through the place was empty. She then told us she could give us a booth but had to be clear of by a certain time, this would give us an hour and a quarter which was more than enough for us anyway.Throughout our short time there I dreaded having any interaction with her due to her poor attitude. Any interaction with people making the sushi and who passed it directly to us was pleasant and normal. The real disappointment is that there was a service charge added onto the end of the already steep bill. I really hate this creeping into UK restaurants, especially given the poor level of service we encountered that day.

It was horrible. I saw them punch a customer and spit in my food and added raw sea weed. Horrible staff. Lovely night out

They will cater to people in a wheelchairs by leaving 2 tables with lower seats, but if you have a hidden disability with some difficulty walking? Forget it, go somewhere else.Disgusting ethos.

I love yo but the service isn’t brilliant here and portion sizes vary greatly between visits

Went here for lunch with my boyfriend. Service was quick and friendly, food was delicious as ever. Can never go wrong with the strawberry cheesecake mochis! Only thing I'd suggest is bringing back the older ordering system with the traffic lights, as it's much easier to tell the dishes apart. Other than that, love this venue and will be back!

Ive been going to Yo-sushi for over ten years and I really do love it but the last meal I had in silverburn was poor. I’m not going to go in to great detail but the chicken firecracker rice was different (different in a bad way) and the rice wasn’t cook right so me and Mrs nearly broke our teeth on rice. Safe to say we both didn’t eat it.

Fantastic service by Hayley, got us seated fairly quickly and helped us out with our order! Will definitely be back!

Really good sad that it's mot pick what you want off the conveyor anymore but other than that it's good food for a fairly good price that you get really quickly.

Used to be our absolute favourite lunch spot, but it’s gone downhill a lot in the past year. You can only order through the app, which is dreadful to use, and any advertised deals are usually inaccessible through the app. Only one front of house member of staff on, who has a bit of an attitude and could not help us with the 97p plate promotion that is running just now - we ended up just not getting the promotion because no one knows how to order it.The food quality isn’t as good as it used to be, and the severely inflated prices feel like a slap in the face when your food comes to you and inevitably disappoints. They have removed a lot of the good stuff, and some of the better options - Katsu curry for example - only come as the larger plate now, whereas you used to get a cheaper, smaller option. The whole idea of yo sushi is to get lots of little things! And then your disappointment grows when you realise the “big” plates are exactly the same size as the small plates, for double the price! - see picture attachedYou were our hero yo sushi and we miss the old you.

First time eating at this Yo! and it was really disappointing. The loud beeping of the machine with orders was extremely annoying from the moment we sat down. Staff were nice and food arrived promptly. But food was extremely underwhelming, and way over priced £5.20 for 3 pieces of gyoza! Wasn’t really pleasant to sit and watch the staff stand and reheat / fry items in front of you. I understand it’s “fast food” but seeing someone grab an handful of chicken from a large tub sitting on the counter, heat it up quickly and hand it to you it’s so appetising.

I gave a visit to a young lady selling Greek sweets and a selection of honey roasted assorted cashew nuts, I bought a couple of grams of cashews and they were delicious, so I must get back down for more as soon as possible.John Burns.

Went there for my wife's birthday and we had a fantastic dinner. Staff is very nice and the food is amazingly fresh and tasty! Highly recommended

Updated -Can of juice is now even more redicoulous at 3.25 for normal size can of Fanta.Plastic cups looked dirty.A tip is added automatically to bill even though you now need to order yourself on your phone and it's no longer even served to you.Food has changed recipe as wellCompletely lost its way from what was a favourite place....We used to love yo sushi but not now. Menu is now greatly reduced in options and flavours. Can of juice (Fanta) excessively priced at £2.80. Katsu curry large portion is much smaller than it used to be. No noodles on menu now. Reduced rice options. Just felt like a lot less options. Chips were barely warm.Real dissapointment for something that we used to enjoy going to so often. Lost its way.
