I ordered a delivery of 2 x 10" pizzas and chips and I was still waiting for it 2 hours later, despite the shop indicating it was out for delivery after 45 mins. I could have walked there and back in an hour which really shouldn't be faster than a delivery.Value for money, you can't complain. The pizzas were tasty but everything was tepid when it turned up. The chips and pizza had to go straight in to the over to make them edible.While Aladdin were extremely apologetic when I called to chase up after 1h45m, I shouldn't have to. If there's a delay then you should be contacting your customers, not waiting for them to chase you up.As everything else was closed, Aladdin was used out of necessity, but at least I've learned where not to go again in Glenrothes

We ordered and still waiting an hour later, not acceptable , I have called and all they do is blame the drivers !!! Will not be ordering from them again ?

Food not tasty asked for prawn biryani got beef the nan could of done with abit longer tasting very doughy wont be back

Rank food. Save ur money or go elsewhere. We've gave aladdins a few opportunities and everytime let down by their food. Picture is my chicken pakora wrap with salad ?
