Click and collect at this store pointless and rude little boy staff member to boot. Waiting 40 minutes after my collection time in the pouring rain and then told it would be another 15 minutes. I don’t think so! Walked away and demanded a refund. When I called the number and ext on the outside of the store, the same slimy little rat answered the phone and hung up on me! Never again.

Used to be good now they’ve got these metal bars over the entrance which makes navigating the shop that much harder and more stressful. Also so autistic friendly hours would be good

The store is horribly laid out.

Checkout Operator Anabelle gave first class service today, informing me about the Asda App and guiding me through it. Thank you.
Was quite busy but only two people on the check out! Not everyone wants to use the self check out! Saving staff but losing customers ?

Visited at mid-day on Wednesday quite busy ONLY two checkouts open lots of customers waiting. They are deliberately understaffed forcing you to use self-service range is also reduced with ridiculous price increases weekly ,staff being challenged by customers ,but it's not their fault Asda is the pits awful company/store.

Was in the area so decided to shop here rather than my usual store Dunfermline or Kirkcaldy no sure if it's just me but Glenrothes store took me ages to find things seemed laid out differently, hated it plus asked a young man working where to get stuff he replied I think it's up the other end and pointed me in the opposite direction to where the products actually were

While in store yesterday a member of staffs attitude towards me was utterly disgusting to say the least. In asda glenrothes the staff carry the bags and will not let anyone have a bag until the staff member makes sure they are scanned , when I went to checkout I needed a bag so i went to ask the staff member who was carrying the bags, however the staff member was walking away to put baskets back at the front door so I followed her and asked for a bag, she turned and just starred at me without talking , clearly annoyed with me as she was putting the baskets back, after a long awkward silence with the staff member staring right at me quite annoyed at me I eventually said " I just want a bag please". The staff member eventually replied asking if any other staff member was available that could help as she would have to come over and scan the bag but I had not seen anyone else with bags , the staff member then eventually went and scanned a bag for me. Its a disgusting way to treat customers and as for bags, it actually feels like bag begging when you go to checkout in asda Glenrothes.
