I called yesterday and was given the wrong information and when I called I got some rude and abrupt on the phone. Not only that you wait 5 to 10 minutes for your call to be answered and then you get a rude person on the other end which isn't nice especially when your calling for information as you haven't went there before and then they hang up on you. Not a nice way to treat potential customers because that's how you lose custom from people.

Food cold not enough staff, left to your own devices, basically self service. Carvery service poor and unprofessional. Manageress wearing false nails. Wouldn't recommend this place.

We came here for breakfast with Santa and it didn't let us down!!This is our 3rd year doing breakfast with Santa and it only gets better.The staff are so patient with the children and are lovely.The Santa there is just amazing so good with all the children spends real quality time with each child.The food was really tasty too.Hope it's on next year as I would definitely book again!!Keep up all the good work you guys do to put this on for the kids and families!!

Our sharing starter & main meals were slammed onto the table all together!The scampi & chips looked like a kids portion!Apparently they are under staffed but politeness is still important.

We ordered fresh fruit salad from the children’s menu, but it wasn’t clear that this was possible until a staff member offered it.Vegetarian options: Didn’t see a vegetarian main option for Sunday carvery, but could be available.

I think there are around six different starters. At least three have BBQ sauce. Narrows it down if you don't like it. Portions are on the small side. Staff are attentive and friendly.

We visited as a group last minute to the soft play area with a group of children and parents. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and allow use of their facilities. They were friendly and approachable, making our visit fun and relaxing. We would love to attend again in the future and thank the staff for their effort.

We went with friends for dinner last night. And we won't be back. First of all, the girl who served behind the bar did not put half our order through. We were one drink short, and we only got one starter. The rest never came. When asked when the rest of the starters were coming, the girl was very rude and was shouting across the bar to our table. Another girl came over and talked to us and explained that the starters had not been ordered when they had. The starter I had mushrooms was hard and a bit well done, but not wanting to make another fuss, I ate them. The mains arrived mine was fine, but if I had been presented with my friends dinner I would have complained there and then. The food looked like it had been kept warm, and the chips were disgusting.When we finished our food, our friends went to order desert to be told there were none available as the kitchen closed at nine pm. The barmaid again was very rude and said she told my friend that the kitchen closed at nine pm. When my friends said we had not been told,the barmaid said she had and again was arguing, shouting across the bar to the table so we could hear.My family has been a few times for a meal and that is why we chose to come for a meal. But we were very disappointed and I ended up apologising to my friends for the way we were disrespected. I will be putting a complaint to their manager.

Lucky if there was maybe 4 people on duty. One person who took us to our seats then she also took our order after serving behind the bar first. Food presentation was poor as it looked like it had been thrown onto the plate! Have not been in a long time and will not be back. Years ago very good all round but a different place now.

I always enjoy bringing the kids here for a lovely meal! It’s not over priced either and the kids can have a little play while they wait for their food! Which is never disappointing.
