Great food, definitely my Saturday night treat. One of the staff was a bit short though which kinda spoiled it. Fault was mine but a bit of kindness would have made experience 100%

My mum placed an order here a few nights ago on just eat and waited 3 hours for delivery and when she called up the woman at the other end of the phone was rude and said to her, we are busy you just need to wait. The food turned up and it was cold so my mum phoned to complain and the woman hung the phone up on her.If the work load is too much for them then she should either higher more staff or come off just eat. Very very poor service.Won’t order here again and going by some of other comments this sorta thing happens regularly. Not a way to run a business.
Pre ordered to come for 9.20pm on just eat got msg saying it would be 9.35pm and that was fine go a txt saying was on its way at 7.30 phoned up to ask why man said it was there mistake so I asked if it was still coming at 9.35pm was told very rudely that they weren’t bring a new one because it would cost them to bring it againAppalling way to run a business

Sometimes have it wait for food but it’s well worth it. All these entitled souls moaning about delivery time just need to look in the mirror. If you want food, make it yourself. Fatima is always busy because of how good it is. It’s a small business run by one guy and his wife.Get a tikka masala pizza and you won’t regret it. No other tikka masala pizza will even come close.

Ordered food at 19.57 it arrived at 21.56….tried to call 52 times between 21.10 and delivery time but got no answer… will never use the again. Food was declined at the door we had ordered from somewhere else

Terrible service, order forgotten about, waited over 2 and a half hours, when speaking to the owner he said "if you are not happy then you can cancel your order". This happens most times I order from there.
