Food poisoning avoid. Phoned the restaurant to warn them and manager had no time for it, didn't say sorry was off the phone in 10 seconds. Will report to FSA instead. Rumour is that if you go after the big bosses leave no one cares and the staff just do what they want.

Chips returned as cold, got replacements. Burger could have been warmer. Hit or a miss really. Some days ok food, lovely staff, next not so great staff, and cold food. Drastily cut down on using it, as use to be

Was in this evening while travelling and Claire was the most attentive person I've ever came across in a mcdonalds amazing customer service and such a lovely genuine person a credit to her team. Will definitely be back. She sorted the young lads food for us without hesitation in the most polite manner.
