After placing my order at the drive through I was asked to park up as the apple pie would take time. After waiting ten minutes my order arrived, I checked the contents and no apple pie had been included in the order, I advised them that there was no apple pie and waited another five minutes. My wife then went inside and was given the apple pie. It took five minutes to get home and all the food was stone cold. I have notice a huge difference in the service at McDonnald since they started their delivery service, they need to treat deliveries as a separate function and recruit accordingly. Very dissapointing…..??

Fast food that’s a laugh!! Wait for ages then food is always cold, kids work there and don’t have a clue. Management (and I use the word loosely) can’t manage.

Waited ages for our order 2xlarge 5 select chicken meals.The fries in one meal were cold and definitely not a large meal. Thankfully, the chicken was hot as cooked fresh this is not the first issue with small portions and cold

Manager Mckinlay was superb in dealing with an issue we had and subsequently went above and beyond. He remained calm under pressure as it was quite busy when we were in! An absolute credit to McDonald's and a sensational asset to the Glenrothes team ?

I wish i could give more stars.10 minutes to get a toffee latte tonight in the drive thru queue.Coffee was burnt and toffee was kaput.Lids werent even on the cups. Nearly burnt me.Staff were moaning about the car infront of us and didnt even offer sugar. Had to ask.

5 out of 7 people who ordered food had burgers missing or cold chips an one customer was waiting for two coffees and chips witch to about half an hour to get to them an the chips an burger where cold . Could see staff in back of kitchen playing around an being silly with each other.

Turned up at 1am on way home from babysitting grandson and had a 20 minute wait as all systems were rebooting and tills and self service machines were down,then once ordered got told the ice cream machine was on a clean so had 2 wait 2 get refunded on card,moral of story is if ur hungry at 1am in Fife just b prepared 2 wait at least 25-30mins

Over all good Service, however toilets not cleaners, lockers in the toilets broken. Tables dirty, needs to be clean yourself before you would like to use it….?

Having paid a Visit to this Drive Thru earlier this evening Can I just say it was Nothing Other than a Complete and Utter Shambles , The Member of Staff who was on the Intercom System was Completely Useless by Getting the Order Completely Wrong after Saying he couldn’t Hear us on Said System ( If that’s the Case ) GET IT FIXED !!! But No the Decided to Leave us Hanging and Going to Get Another Member of Staff to Take Order who Can I just Say was EXTREMELY RUDE any saying THIS IS A COMPLETE JOKE !!!! GET THE INTERCOM SYSTEM FIXED THEN I’D SAY But No HE Still Had to REPEAT ORDER a FURTHER 3 TIMES TO GET IT RIGHT , IS THERE ANY POINT IN COMPLAINING TO MANAGEMENT, I GUESS NOT BECAUSE THEY JUST LAUGH IN YOUR FACE , HOW DO I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I’VE HAD SAME EXPERIENCE IN OTHER DRIVE INS ( NAMELY KIRKCALDY) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS A COMPANY, I PERSONALLY WOULD’NT BE GIVING THEM MONEY IF IT HAD’NT BEEN FOR MY GRANDSON WANTING ONE AND I MOST DEFINITELY WON’T BE BACK
