Shocking experience. Came here to experience and authentic Scottish Breakfast experience whilst on holiday. Stood around waiting to use the self service order machines, staff told me to go to the counter and order, nobody was there. So went back to the machine and couldn’t pay cash, so back to the counter where I had to walk round the back to get someone’s attention. Staff whinged and moaned about their colleague instead of their job and making sure customers had a good experience. Paid £7 for the ultimate breakfast. Beans, Eggs, Black Pudding & Tomato missing. Mushroom weren’t grilled, tepid temperature throughout. Thank you Morrisons for ruining my Scottish experience!

Used to be such a good cafe to come to after your shopping. Now the tables are disgusting and left unwiped for hours, the ordering system is awful as they tell you to wait at the counter for your coffee but everyone just does as they please and you get pushed around pillar to post whilst waiting. And they will come out with your food order, waltz around the cafe pretending to look for you and then just take it back! Whilst you are calling at them and trying to get your roll! I definitely won’t be back ?

Over the last decade the standard of food, quality of food, size of portions, size of plates, amount of options, have all reduced whilst doubling in cost. Used to be my go to breakfast while working in sales but after yesterday's visit it's just a faded memory of what it used to be. Find a cheaper, better, local cafe.

Paid by the screen at the doorway to the restaurant, then waited 15 minutes to be called for 2 cups of tea. 10 minutes later my bacon roll turned up. Bacon cold and the rolls seem to have been cut in half since last visit! Very poor service because of the tea/coffee debacle that has replaced self service
