Absolutely ridiculous service. After explaining on the phone my order was over an hour already. The girl on the phone rudely interrupted me and asked 'are you finished now yeah' to be told my order was made and would be out when driver returned within 15 20 minutes. So my order was sat for atleast half hour before being sent out. Was told I couldn't cancel order over phone but there's no option to cancel on app you have to phone !!!! Train your staff before they take ordered, absolutely rude the way she spoke to me. Won't be ordering again. Apps deleted !

Well an absolute nightmare God my dad owned a burger van n thing ill never forget what his motos where always have good customer service,people forget us who pay wages I'm disgusted my partner is sitting ill at the fact he has eaten meat as some fool told me it was lentil manners don't cost a thing u actually made to feel quite uncomfortable when waiting as not buisey bit made to sit like a plum if can't yake the heat close down won't be back being cheeky but anyone would be the same actually raging luckily ma mams allergic or could be worse bit it got him in a bad state of mind

Been in this shop a few times and find the waiting time a joke considering 4 people working in there.l asked what flavour of soup was told lentil waited 15mins to be given something with Bacon or ham and l am vegetarian.l will never be back in there again.

Have only been in a few times but today topped it for me. Some staff are extremely rude and the atmosphere isn't nice to walk in to it doesn't feel very welcoming unless your face fits as some one came in at the back of me and got a totally differant and pleasant attitude. Foods better than most local sandwich places but the staff attitudes and rough approach doesn't sit well with me. Won't be back

I ordered the munchie box for 2 and let me just tell u that it all went in the bin biggest waste of 15 pound I have ever spent the only thing cooked was the egg and even that was overcooked everything else in the box was undercooked and unedable I mean really undercooked I would avoid this place at all cost just robbing peoples money for food that isn't cooked it's a joke

Ordered a hot dog with mustard ,Tomatoe sauce and onions and when I opened the bag and unwrapped the hot dog it was a mushy mess with sauce all over the place .These people are amateurs and would not know a good sandwich if it hit them in the face.Went straight in the bucket and will stay well clear in the future.Be warned or be sorry .
Disappointing first and last order unfortunately. Before ordering stated 60 mins delivery. Nearly 2.5 hours later food arrived. Cold cheeseburger baguette and cold chips and cheese. Binned most of it!

Amazing wee place always busy. Staff are friendly and are pretty fast even when it's really busy. I feel they could move to a bigger location to help with the popularity of the shop.

The place is very clean, got served by a woman who didn't raise a smile, abruptly asked what I want. Ordered a roll by the way they don't do brown, so had a white roll, salad is charged at 50p per item asked for tomatoes got 2 thin slices. Roll was fresh. £3.50 , got total the amount no please or thanks or smile, not good customer service!!!
