Disabled parking leading up to Christmas was terrible with works Van's and SUVs and large pickups parking in disabled parking spots. I had to drive round for 20 minutes to get parked due to limited mobility. But even in the store I just had to give up. The ignorance of some people especially thinking if the time if year was not what you would expect.

I always enjoy my food, coffee & the horrible looking vegetable soup but it tastes just great.I popped in on 12/10/23 for lunch & opted for their ? & ? toasty+ a coffee all for a fiver BUT I don't think the cook got the timing right re my toastie. It may have been toasted b4 my small fries were ready, so much so my toastie was only luke warm & my chips were nice & hot. I asked Rosie to heat my plate up which she kinafa did. I don't like food being servebmd up on a cold plate ?️Well if I'm doing a review I like to text the truth.

Clothing section is an absolute mess. The same items in 10 different places, can't find anything. Jeans section is even worse, all the jeans mixed together, nothing folded. Youll be lucky if you find something you like in the correct size as everything is all over the place

Why they partner with Just Eat continues to baffle me. Twice I've had to ask for a refund as the driver has clearly stolen a bag. Check your items before you let a just eat driver go. The shop ofc washed their hands of the whole thing

A massive shout out to the Asda Grangemouth employees Bob on security & Daniel The Porter when my car wouldnt start at the petrol pumps after i couldnt get an answer from the help phone at forecourt . Bob secured my messages back in & shop then they both made sure i was safe on the grass verge while the put cones around my car . We needed to move car off forecourt so they were going to push my car but the handbrake button wouldnt release I guy in his van kindly came to offer to look at my car lifter bonnet car still would start he said it was more than likely my battery , he said he could get his mate to come with pickup so i was grateful for his help . Throught this time Daniel the porter never left my side what a kind chatty young guy . The Mechanic arrived in his car as he said i may not need a pickup truck if its the battery . He got the handbrake released & we pushed him out of forecourt for him to check & yeh it was the battery he had me up & running ,thankgoodness for that on advise to get a new battery , i thanked & paid him . Bob the security man had now appeared with my bags of shopping so all in all my day started terrible & ended up with the utmost kindness from BOB DANIEL THE WHITE VAN GUY & HIS MATE THE MECHANIC . Hubby on route to get new battery

Do most of my shopping here and by click n collect. A very good store, most staff helpful. Difficult to get my Blue Light Card accepted on occasion as staff unsure if offer still on? Easy returns if items not right. Cafe good. Overall a good place to shop. Recommended.
