“Due to a mix up with our booking we arrived after food had stopped being served but as there were lots of food left from the carvery we were invited in to eat anyway. All staff went out of their way, even to walk our dog around while we plated up our food. Even our dog was given a portion of food, water and a blanket to sit on and he got a doggy bag for his tea tomorrow too. Nothing was too much trouble even as they were busy cleaning equipment away. Staff also involved our children in conversation and made sure they were happy and had enough to eat. Food was good and reasonably priced. We will be visiting again before our holiday over here comes to an end. PS as a Yorkshire woman I can make a proper good yorky pud and a previous reviewer obviously does not know what they are talking about as they were fine.”
