Best burnt coffee beans in town. Friendly staff but the 'coffee' (if it can be called that) is truly atrocious. Just go support a local independent instead!

Still waiting on a response from complaint over 2 weeks ago, about the appalling service and attitude of staff at Haddington branch.
Daily costa customer and never in over 10 years of visiting have I experienced such attitude and service to customers- myself included- as did at this branch.
And to top it off, complaint ignored when sent in to head office and no response from the branch.

Unfriendly staff. Bad service. Asked for a cortado and received a flat white. Asked them twice to change it and kept recieving a flat white. Very unfriendly about it. Would not return. Threw the coffee in the bin as it was horrible. Overall a terrible experience and would not recommend. Shame as it's a nice location.
