Store had a decent range of food, however service was terrible from one member in particular (may). Shouted at customer in front of myself, then proceeded to be terribly rude to myself and other customers. Highly suggest avoiding if certain white haired lady is on shift! Definitely ruining a decent wee shop.

Shop looked clean and well stocked but the service I received from the lady on the coffee counter could have been better. You should acknowledge the customer - not wait for them to give you their order. You should also offer the receipt - not put it straight in the bin. Coffee itself was drinkable but should be a lot hotter. I do not care if there is a queue - at £2.55 for a large latte (reasonable for motorway services), I expect it to be made correctly.
Car parking spaces seem limited for a motorway service station. Sign posts for cars/lorries/coaches should be more prominent on the way in.

"Can I have a large coffee please?" "We don't have any large left" "OK please can I have a small or medium coffee please?" "We don't have any lids left" between exchanges like this and the idiotic queuing system where you have to go though line on the left despite coffee section being way off on the right I was glad to get away from this place. Only good points were extra long hoses on the pumps.
