This place is the death of me I made an order and I got a phone call when the order was confirmed (saying it’s on its way)!!!!! For the mother to tell me she had no drivers now I was okay with this as she says I would get my full money back and she was being very nice to me on the phone… then I got messages from her saying I could pick my refund up from the shop or she can bring to my house(I says that’s perfect) then the next day I phoned to see if I could collect this refund and it was the daughter who answered she was very snappy and wide I did not like her response I was just wanting to know what to do with my money she then told me she can’t refund me this it’s up to just eat so I phoned just eat and they told me it was in the owners hands… I still haven’t got my refund and I have contacted citizens advice this is not good when your a first time customer and the attitude is horrible towards customers ??

Would be -0 stars but won't allowMy Daughter in law placed an order worth £14.50 through just eats from here and it said on The app that it was on its way ....... then she got a phone call from the owner/mother who works in Vanilla ,saying they had no drivers and could she cancel the order on just eat and she would give her a refund....... wich she did !The next day my Dil phoned the shop to say she hadn't received the refund to wich the womans Daughter (woman who answered the phone) said she would not be giving her a refund as it has nothing to do with them and it was up to just eat and to phone them , my Dil then phoned just eats explained what had happened and was told absolutely not , if the order was cancelled then its nothing to do with them its the actual restaraunt ....... we tried to call the woman from vanilla back on her mobile to let them know what just eats said and the number has been blocked ?I then phoned both vanilla and just eats on her behalf and was told the same thing by both parties .ABSOLUTLEY SHAMEFUL ! IF I WALKED IN AND ORDERD 15 QUIDS WORTH OF FOOD AND WALKED OUT WITHOUT PAYING IT WOULD BE CONSIDERD A CRIME , THIS IS NO DIFFERENT! THEY TOOK MY DAUGHTERS MONEY AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND HER !

Wow, what horrible and disrespectful service. I was shocked to be treated the way I was. Absolute disdain. No customer service in the slightest. I purchased ice-cream, coffee, etc for a myself and 2 kids. The bad attitude of the staff absolutely shocked me. We will not return again

Waffles and ice cream were delicious (given two solid stars for this). Service was slow, clunky, and rude. Staff (two ladies - mother and daughter) were arguing. We were left waiting whilst they argued, which was awkward, and left us feeling like a major inconvenience. We were asked our (relatively simple) order several times as neither was paying attention. Only one banana left, meaning limited options. The ladies continued arguing whilst we ate, and because of this, we left as soon as we could. The tables and chairs were in need of a good wash, as were the cushions.

Vanilla ice cream in Helensburgh has been going for a number of years I remember visiting there when I was young lovely sitting down front with an ice cream can't beat it and will b back soon
