Quick stop on the way to Elgin for supplies. This has to be the best Asda I have ever been in. The rating should be 5* attentive staff, pristine clean and organised shop and staff.

Asda Huntly Click and Collect service is an absolute disgrace. It should be an easy process: park up, check-in online, staff bring your shopping to you. But every single time I park up, I check-in online, I wait, the staff come out and take my name, I wait again, the staff bring the shopping out. Staff are friendly enough, but at least twice now I’ve waited over 15 minutes for no one to come out and have ended up just driving home, and asking Asda customer service for a refund. Total waste of time and completely inefficient process. When you do actually get your shopping, expect lots of substitutions. The only positive is that’s it’s easy to get a short notice collection slot, however what’s the point when your shopping is full of useless substitutions/ missing items. Will be sticking with Tesco from now on.

I was a bit disappointed with the cafe, the chips were cold and didn’t look very appetizing. I think the staff could do with some training as there is not much interaction with the customers, it doesn't take much to smile and make some conversation. There was nowhere to put the trays and dirty dishes, and when I asked one of the staff behind the cafe counter where I should put the tray to say she was not happy at having to come and take the tray from me was an understatement, her face said it all. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon.

Another 1st class stop for a snack tea at Asda Huntly yesterday, nice friendly staff and great pizza and coffee.
I cannot praise the staff of Huntly Asda enough. After the shock of locking my keys in my car at the petrol pump George and team made sure I was well supported and attended to until my family were able to bring my spare key to me. Nothing was too much bother and I greatly appreciate all their kindness and concern, making a very stressful situation easierto deal with.Thanks too to the lovely couple at the petrol pumps who allowed me to use their mobiles phones and helped me in every way possible.

Coffee machine in the cafe area was not working at first. I waited some time to get assistance here. Machine required milk, assistant went away after replenishing machine with milk, machine still didnt work, more waiting, machine needed more coffee granules, assistant replenished and went away, machine didnt work, more waiting......... You get the picture I hope. This machine needs to be inspected regularly during the day and tested properly.
