Visited with my inlaws for a pre booked afternoon tea. The service was faultless even though they were really busy, Leanne was the person we saw most, but other staff spoke to us when she was busy and they were all fantastic, we really felt everyone cared.I'd pre informed them about an allergy, and they were totally on the ball avoiding using the food that causes the issue. The food was delicious, all the sweet treats, scones and pancakes were homemade, and there was a generous pot of whipped double cream with lovely wee jars of jam. The sticky toffee pudding cake was on another level of good, and there was a lovely selection of sandwiches. The coffee and tea was spot on, and we were all given a second cup at time that suited us, such a lovely touch. We picked up some delicious shortbread in the shop afterwards, a nice end to a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

I have visited Dean's on a few occasions and had a meal, which has always been excellent, but today however it was a little disappointing. The food itself was lovely, but it was luke warm. I had the haddock, wedges and peas as did my sister in law. The plates were stone cold, any place I've had a hot meal the plates are normally too hot to handle, so this was probably a factor in the meal being only warm. The staff throughout the premises were very friendly and nice, so I certainly cannot fault that side of it.

I was expecting to see the making of shortbread with a tasting, but in the end it's not just a shop. A little disappointed with this

The pancakes are amazing!! Loads of different toppings to choose from be quick though if you come later they'll be sold out! That happened to us the 2nd time we went but the waffles were really fine too.

Mocht je er toevallig langs komen dan zeker even stoppen. Mocht je er voor moeten omrijden dan is het niet de moeite.

Visited here on our way home from a fab break with family in Cullen. Coffee shop lovely, very reasonable prices with helpful and friendly staff. The shop had lots of different goods to purchase.

A big disappointment, went in and was looking forward to a roast beef dinner, after reading the menu we decided to go elsewhere as its no longer the place it once was, won't be returning .

Unfortunately, our breakfasts were overcooked and dry as a result. We had a full Scottish and waffles x 2.
