Staff are incredibly rude and unfriendly, and the opening times are false. This place has really gone downhill since it hasn't been run by the Scotts.

Great place for a private party. All drinks are available, music is on site for you to use. Catering for a buffet can be arranged also. Choose an afternoon on a Saturday and the kids will get up dancing with the oldies. Mark and his staff are attentive and will sort everything for you on your day. We booked the Royal Oak and had a very enjoyable surprise birthday party with all ages in our group and firmly would advise speaking to Mark to book this great venue.
