Service was really disappointed made us feel as if we were not really welcomed. When going to cake counter I actually had to move away from counter for a staff member as they chose not to go the other direction .When leaving no staff member acknowledged us to say goodbye.

Took our granddaughter for lunch and to see the animals, she loved the changing coloured spotlights in the cafe and enjoyed her tuna sandwich, grandad's mac'n'cheese wasn't very warm but tasty would have asked for it to be heated but granddaughter's attention span is limited being 23 months so just ate it my sandwich was fine. She loved the animals and will take her back

Very cute cozy and cool sit down cafe. The coffee is excellent and the food was delicious. The staff was extremely nice. I did not realize the restaurant did not take credit cards and the staff was kind enough to work with us to take our USD cash in exchange.

Was here the other day for lunch chicken nuggets and chips for one kid and over cooked pancakes with Nutella for my other kid I got the spicy chicken burger that had no sauce on it just salad ? (I had to ask for mayo)and chips over priced would not recommend. If looking for a good cafe try the Brooklyn cafe in Shawlands ??

Very cute cozy and cool sit down cafe. The coffee is excellent and the food was delicious. The staff was extremely nice. I did not realize the restaurant did not take credit cards and the staff was kind enough to work with us to take our USD cash in exchange.

Stopped in here for some lunch recently after hearing a few people speak about it. Food was tasty, but paid £18 for kids sandwich, bowl chips and one toasty to share and 3 drinks. Felt this was bit overpriced for what we got. Certain members of staff didn’t come across as overly friendly - may have just been on a bad day. Prepare to take cash though as only accept bank transfer or cash. Unless we missed the signs with this information - don’t think it is advertised as this the only methods of payment for what you order etc. Would’ve been handy to have known before ordering. Not the worst experience but afraid can’t give 5 stars.Kid-friendliness: Had a kids menu which is always a bonus.

Loved the look of this place with the amazing interior and the fact there was animals such as Llamas and Pigs outside. The food was really good and the wait time was not long at all. I’m not a big breakfast person but coming here really made me enjoy breakfast for once. Make sure you have one of their cakes at the end! Hope to be back again soon.Vegetarian options: Plenty of Vegetarian options such as Halloumi rolls , French Toast, Pancakes and more
Beautiful setting. Been here before and everything was great. Unfortunately food wasn’t as good today - eg bread on my sandwich was actually hard. And service was really quite slow - think it was down to having insufficient staff to cover the amount it tables.Kid-friendliness: Lots of animals to see

Short staffed and the ones that turned up were hopeless. Over priced . Slow service. Cash only (hope the tax man knows) no prices given on the bill. No paper receipts. Will never be back.

Arrived just before 2pm looking for a table for 2. Looked into the dinning room to see 2 tables with people sitting, the rest of tables empty but each one still had dirty plates on them. Eventually attracted the attention a staff member and was told to wait and she disappeared. After 5 minutes when she didn't return we left. It would appear that where wasn't enough staff. Won't be back......

Very nice and qaint wee place nice to see the animals too. The food was lovely and will go back again and not farm from the airport so its quite handy. Outside cafe was not open so never had and option to sit outside but overall realy nice.
