Avoid this Costa, worst one I’ve ever been to in my life, went on 4 separate occasions and every time it’s been awful.My most recent visit I had asked for the promotional maple drink to which both staff members sighed as they looked at eachother than began to complain to me “I’m so sick of people asking for that, we hear it like 100 times a day, it’s sold out!”Which I was shocked at how rude they were, I suggested putting a sold up sign out if they were sick of hearing it and one of the staff members just scowled at me and walked away to do something else half way through taking my order.I also ordered a wrap to be heated for take away and watched as the staff member spilled half the contents of the wrap onto the back counter, shrug then put what was left of my wrap into the bag and hand me it.Absolutely shocking service and the drinks never taste like they’re supposed to. don’t waste your money or time.

Served by super rude Steph at the Corstorphine Tesco branch. Gave me a dirty spoon then told me it was just water on the handle but it wasn't. Real bad attitude on that lass. Maybe she needs glasses or retrained or slapped even ?

I was visiting Tesco Superstore early afternoon below this Costa Coffee Shop - 5 Staff on duty - one sitting at a table playing with a laptop - others coming over now and again to see articles - whilst 14 tables all had "used" dishes sitting on them making very few clear tables for customers to sit at - the STANDARDS have certainly dropped quite considerably since my last visit - so much that I doubt if I would visit again in the near future - there needs to be a visit by a SENIOR MANAGER to advise how bad the deterioration of standards has slipped and about customer service, etc. which is certainly lacking here - I speak as an individual with many years of experience in Retail Management and what I noticed was deplorable. Thank goodness I and my wife only had a coffee and a cake.
