Caddon View was a host of my Wedding.Rooms and dinning areas are beautiful. Everything was set up perfectly on the day in the garden. Hosts are lovely people who took great care of all guests.Food was superb. Breakfast was served by lovely ladies in dining room, there was a nice menu, I really liked cheese omlette. Dinner was delicious, we had venison which was cooked to perfection.I highly recommend this place to stay, location is lovely.

I booked out all the rooms in this boutique hotel for my bridal party for my wedding. We all stayed here the night before the wedding and used the hotel communal spaces for getting hair and make up in the morning.The host was more than helpful and even gave us tea, coffee and cake on arrival. Breakfast was cooked to order meaning the girls could pop into the dining area for breakfast between hair and makeup. And it was delicious!The lounge and conservatory were lovely places to chill with the girls and would be lovely if visiting to sit and have a cup of tea after a walk.The bedrooms were lovely, especially the Yarrow room at the top. Bed was comfy and all rooms have private bathrooms which were lovely and clean. The garden is lovely.I am sure I will bring my Husband back for a weekend break and I would consider booking the place for a large group event again!Thank you for being a part of the best weekend of my life.

We had the use of the whole house for my daughter's wedding bridesmaids and guests. It was absolutely perfect. We felt completely at home. Could retire to our lovely bedrooms or use the lounge area. Lots of space for hair and make up too. Steve could not have been more considerate and helpful of our needs. A beautiful hotel in lovely well kept gardens- used for some wedding photos. Would highly recommend for a group.

If we need to stay in Innerleithen again we will be back. Arrived in time to get a cup of tea and slice of banana bread which was nice. Lovely clean rooms, secure bike storage and a tasty breakfast. Great value for the money. Thank you.

Totally charming staff in a cosy b+b. Good sized rooms with everything on hand. Our evening meal was excellent venison in an unrushed atmosphere.We only had an overnight stay during February, but definitely a keeper for a summer break. Bus to Edinburgh stops right by the gate.

We had a lovely two nights at Caddon view. Charming and comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast and friendly and truly hospitable hosts. An absolute gem.
First can I just say how lovely Lisa and Steve and all the staff at Caddon House are. We got a lovely warm welcome on arrival along with tea and rockie road, beside a lovely cozy fire. The rooms were generous and very comfortable, with everything needed for a fantastic stay. Breakfast was delicious and we had plenty of choice. Sad to leave, but we will be back soon, because it feels like home.

Stayed for 2 nights during our trip from Canada. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and good quality especially the full breakfast but there were other breakfast options too.Steve was very helpful all around. We would stay here anytime!!!

Our family had a great afternoon tea experience at the Caddon View, Innerleithen on Saturday. Steve looked after our family of six and a boisterous 18 month old; the setting, environment and Christmas themed food and hospitality was spot on. Thanks Caddon View team for making our afternoon rather special.
Lovely hotel with fantastic friendly hosts who make you feel so welcome with a pot of coffee and scone with jam upon arrival that added that extra little touch.Room clean and spacious and had everything you should need for a short stay.Great breakfast choices with excellent local produce make it extra special. Located just on the edge of the village makes it feel far enough away but close enough to make the local amenities walkable.
