Rudest company I have ever dealt with. Spoke to the actual owner of the company about an issue with a van driver and he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Arrogant and dismissive of any customer complaint. Good luck if you ever deal with this company and have cause to complain, they will tell you they don't care. Absolutely shocking behaviour.
Fantastic range of quality furniture beds and home ornaments. A lovely bright modern spacious shop. Friendly helpful staff and a great cafe too.

Badly let down by their carpet section. Made appointment for someone to measure my room. No one arrived. Carpet section quite determined I had rung in and cancelled the appointment when I had never done so! It would be 4 weeks before I was available again for a new measuring date but they couldn’t guarantee I would have any carpet I ordered fitted by Christmas - 4 months away! Shocking service. Such a shame as this company has always been my preferred choice in the past.
