Fantastic little hidden gem. Service was above and beyond as was the food. Staff are attentive, polite yet charming and witty. The meals were absolutely outstanding and the portions were bigger than expected. Very reasonably priced menu and and will definitely return in the future. If you're a steak fan, highly recommend the Fillet rare! Or the salt and chilli chicken.

A lovely hotel. The food was delicious, staff and service was top notch.Should I venture up to Inverurie in the future Ardennan House Hotel will be my first choice of accommodation.Rooms: Luxurious, comfy beds, and tea/ coffee in the room, always good to have for weary travellers.Safety: We felt safe in our environment at night as door entry was by code.Food & drinks: A superb meal was had by family members and compliments all around. Food and drinks were reasonably priced.

We live locally, mso this review is for the restaurant only. We had a lovely evening meal - steak and black pudding pie, roasted carrots, chips ( you could also chose mash), and even although we were full up, decided to try the pumpkin spiced apple crumble which was absolutely delicious. Although the restaurant was busy, the service was spot on.

The room was OK, the bed was fairly comfortable, but very squeaky/creaky whenever you moved. Hubby had to hold the toilet seat up as it wouldn't stay up, but the shower was great, the food was good and the staff were lovely.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for a few day as we had a family wedding in the area. My husband unfortunately had to be seen at the local hospital on the evening of our first night stay due to illness. The staff were truly so caring and helpful, first class hospitality.
