Only found out about this gem some six months ago through a family recommendation. Terrific food, terrific staff and a fabulous atmosphere. If your in this neck of Scotland and like your food Desi, this is the place to go. You really are better booking a table, the staff are very attentive without being intrusive. As we travel from Stirling, not in as frequent as we would like but better than never. Roll on our next visit!.

The food was wonderful.I had the Hinduqushi Acher, and can honestly say it is one of the best curries I have eaten and I have ate a lot, plus I cook my own.I was introduced to real curry on Merchant Navy ships with Indian crew. They would leave the crews pot and a nan for me for a 12 to 4am snack during my watch in the engine room, been hooked ever since. That Rajpoot curry was a belter.

We are very regular visitors. This has to be the best Indian restaurant in Aberdeenshire. Food, service and atmosphere second to none.

We've eaten here a few times this year & it has always been excellent. Food is delicious, service is first rate & the staff are lovely, & price is very reasonable given the quality of their dishes. Look forward to our next visit - hopefully quite soon after the turn of the year!

Went here for a friend's birthday last night. Was the first time eating at Rajpoot since it opened a while back. The table was great and the servers were very attentive. I ordered the chicken tikka masala with pilau rice along with a keemanan. This is my regular order at any Indian restaurant as I am not very good with the hot spices in many of the other dishes unfortunately! Once the food arrived (for some reason mine took slightly longer than the rest of the table), it was beautifully presented. Hot trays were put down the middle of the tables with the dishes on top. Next for the flavour; the keemanan was excellent. On par with the best keemanan I have ever had and the chicken tikka masala was phenomenal. As good as my go-to Indian restaurant in Aberdeen which is one of my favourite Indian restaurants in the north east of Scotland. Highly recommend this place and would definitely be back at some point.
Very noisy restaurant this evening, had to wait a long time for our meals, the meals although were very good.

CRAZY CRAFTER
Ordered takeaway...couple off curries & nans....asked for one spicy & one extremely mild...that's exactly what we got....thankfully not full of oil...and very very tasty....they generously added poppadoms, spiced onions, mango chutney & mint yoghurt dip for free. Everything packed perfectly...everything very tasty & definitely fresh & quality ingredients used....truly enjoyed our meal....thank you....will definitely order again.Dietary restrictions: Spices added to your taste
