A lovely, intimate family owned restaurant here in Inverurie. You know it's going to be a good meal when the owner is taking your order. We were there with family. It was obvious that the majority of customers were all regulars. The staff provides a high level of professional service, while treating guests as the friends that they obviously are.I ordered the Penne Arrabiatta. The pasta was perfectly al' dente. The freshly made marinara has just the right level of heat. Enough to tantalize and enhance the bright flavors of the marinara and not over powering it. The lasagna was also on point, coming from the kitchen, bubbling hot with a well built bechamel pulling the entire dish together.Portions are generous and the prices more than reasonable for the quality of food and service. If we lived in Inverurie, Via Roma would be our regular stop as well.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very accommodating.

We go here often. Rocked up with our kids and friends for my birthday … a good dozen or so hungry mouths to feed and boy did we have an absolutely EXCELLENT time. Food was spot-on perfect and the staff lavished us with attention - nothing is ever a problem and we all ended up with a slice of cake and a little lemoncello to top off a fine evening. Super restaurant, super team, be back super soon.

This restaurant is a complete fake Italian, food was awful, definitely NOT an Italian chef, mussels were in a sauce that can only be described as a tube of tomato purée, chicken was overcooked in the same sauce, no Italian authenticity, more like a Turkish restaurant!…complete waste of money

Having walked in on Valentine’s Day dinner rush when we thought we try the takeaway and have a cosy night in we decided to try out luck and see if a table was free fully expecting to be turned away, thankfully we got a lovely table for 2 and both had a lovely experience trying new foods that we normally wouldn’t try. The staff were very friendly and we will definitely be returning
