This place i have been to 2 times its so overpriced the food is so overly greasy which has caused me to feel sick both times last time i thought i must have just been under the weather but it was after i had eaten from there i started to get a sicky feeling this time was the exact same feeling not happy with it especially the price great staff members lovely people do not recommend the food though its not great

Great chips! We were first to order at lunchtime on the sunny 7th May. Whilst waiting, we listened to opera music and looked at old black and white photographs of the street outside. All this added to the character of the place. The chips were great and the owner seemed happy in his work. We'll be back for full fish and chips next time.

The young guy serving at the till was very nice, helpful and friendly.The older man singing Pavarotti was very cold, rude and ignorant. Food was very mediocre. Gravy was like tasteless gloom. Won't be back I'm afraid.

Easter holiday busy shop these guys work very hard, the fish was amazing
Very good but hardly open and shuts really early. Top notch otherwise. Need to take into account its not always busy ob island. But get there early as the que will be out yhe door. The fish is especially good

£4 mini Sausage supper (1 Sausage, small chips, was good was good valve for seaside place. Food was delicious and what I expected. No complaints.

Ordered 2 fish suppers, 1 can of 7up, and 1 blackcurrant fruit shoot. After about 10 mins the sever with short dark hair shouted "2 fish suppers" I went over thinking they were mine, she asked if I ordered "2 can of coke?" I replied "no", she said "It's not your order then". I waited another 40 mins. By this time I was wondering if we had been forgotten about. My brother went up and said that we had been waiting over 40 mins, the reply he got was, "that's just how it is". Turns out the first time around was our order. The server was adamant that it was 2 can of coke. No apology was given.Fish supper was nice, good prices.Customer service skills really let the place down sadly.

Popped in here today 13/07/22 and got a haggis supper and partner got a smoked sausage supper , I can honestly say the best haggis supper iv ever have. Staff were lovel, highly recommend
