Wouldn't even give it 1 star based on service. Over a 2 hour wait and not a hint of sincerity to the delay... not the first time. Not worth the wait

I have made 2 orders from here, and each time I ordered 3 plain omelettes from here and asked for them to be under-done. I was sent a tray of 12 eggs, grrrr, raging face.As for the delivery, I had to wait for over 20 minutes so understandably, I wasn't in the best of moods when I opened the door to the driver, who immediately reminded me of a legendary EastEnders character. I shouted at her 'Where's Phil and Grant. Ger outta my pub!' nothing. She just looked at me as though I was stupid.Her banter was mediocre, and needless to say, I only gave her a two pound tip.Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure about this, as no kids seemed to work there. I'm sure they are nice when they are on shift but.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't have a wheelchair although I am getting on a bit. I must say, I find this question offensive.

If you want soggy freezing cold food after a two hour wait then order from here, disgusting boxes were dripping wet clearly been sitting for ages before delivering. Plain chow mein soggy bland noodles. Phoned to be offered £10 off our next meal?!

Amazing food! I love salt & pepper chicken but don't like a lot of spice so always ask for very very mild & everty time the flavour is just perfect!. The breast of chicken curry is thinly sliced & soft, the beef chowmein is amazing too, always get the same order, will try something new next time thank you
Don’t know where to start with this. Colin Thomson told me to avoid it but i prefer to make up my own mind. Whilst it doesn’t have the same range of menu as a barbecue hut say, and I broke my toe when I dropped my curry on it. It’s cheap and value for money and that’s alright with me.

Good, basic chinese at a reasonable price. Delivery can be hit and miss with timings when busy so order early! Salt and Pepper chicken is very good!

Raging, Colin Thomson has been standing outside Royal chef for last 35mins waiting for a pick up with no-one coming to out to say what was happening. Absolutely ridiculous needless to say told them to refund me and had to order from someone else ?
