No idea. Placed an order multiple times for delivery, cancelled every time. I mean, if you don’t deliver, why offer it. Take the service down. Awful, probably won’t even visit after receiving poor online service.

Best local pub in town and i really enjoy my pint of Strongbow Dark Fruit. I am only a stones throw away from my local pub which is easy for me. Great atmosphere and everyone and including the bar staff are so friendly. I would never go to any other pub and Abbey Gates means so much to me. A 5 star rating from me.

Absolute disgrace of a place table was not ready when we arrived after booking so many drunk people asked for menus and we waiting 10 mins still no menu table not clean and seats full of crumbs first table they put us on the seat was snapped disgrace of a place and dirty we walked out disgusting

If I could give no stars if I could. I would ..only one person serving both food and at the bar , starter :..salad not fresh, mains : chicken not cooked long enough batter was pale and soggy , chips obviously re heated and tasted disgustingpudding:hot chocolate fudge cake microwaved to death could not get spoon through it covered in squirty cream and sprinkleslooked like a child's ,service was terrible obviously the barmaid was over stressed and not coping as she told us from the start also stated when we asked for tea and coffee no.i dont have time for that as the person supposed to be helping is at hairdressers, arrived at 1:45 as booked for 2 we had to ask for a pad and pen to write our order as she was too busy ,we finaly got our starter at 2:45 we finished our meal at 4:30 as that is how long we waited on each course the last time we will eat in Abbey gates it spoiled what should have been a nice xmas lunch .

It was like something out of a comedy, so took mum out for her birthday she was 71 there weren't any other customers for dinner, mum sat on the compy seat and while I went for a menu she was asked to move over to the hard chairs to the left which are up a couple of stairs so not idea but ok, so got a steak each over an hour later it arrived burned and very tough and no steak knives they don't have any half way through my mum had to pick up the steak and try and bite it she is 71 arthritis and no proper knife ok so pudding can't go wrong with ice cream and mum hates sprinkles as she mentioned so half inch of sprinkles on top in a lovely plastic ice-cream dish with a soup spoon so obviously could only reach halfway down the glass ? sorry but never been anywhere so bad but gave us a laugh ?

We came in yesterday for some lunch, my sister-in-law is type1 diabetic and needs insulin to have food. She asked for a kids macaroni, i asked the staff at the bar if they could give me a rough idea of the portion/nutritional information. The response from the chef was 'dont have a clue, we dont make it from scratch'. As someone who worked in catering and understands the importance of Natashas Law and allergens i find it appalling that they have no information on the products which are being sold! It would maybe be worthwhile highlighting to staff how important it is for some people to know the nutritional information for the food they are eating. After also asking for some information on the chicken nuggets we sadly had to leave and go elsewhere.Dietary restrictions: please see above.

Prr ordered a dinner for me and my friends on justeat about 3 o'clock for 8 30 was told was delayed until 5 to 9 so that was all fine but I'm now still waiting at 5 past 9 and extremely slow and next to no updates and we've spent over £60 in here tonight so this will be our 2nd and last time ordering from here sorry, we like we're in west Kilbride but at least state that would be longer waiting times to further places or phone customers let th know what's happening.So I would say all round quite a badly run service and we don't even have our food yet but now don't want it as we've bed waiting so long now

BE WARNED when ordering from here on the likes of just eat there portion sizes are absolutly tiny you get more for your money ordering from a lunch time take away such as the rollshop !!!Tonight chips where brows and dry well over cooked! baked potato had like a spool full of beans poured over it!ordered curry box not a single thing in the box had the lids put on properly chicken curry spilled all over the box and the indian curry had i swear to got 2 bits of chicken in it!this is the last time i order from here as its not the first time i have had issues and had to call them to fix it cant even be bothered tonight!going to order now from another take away so my kids and my self can have a proper filling mealthis place is a joke for there portion sizes and prices when you compare then to other take aways or even other pubs!!
