Tiffin and Cappuccino nice but overpriced. Staff friendly. Tables had not been wiped down even though there was no one else at the till and only one other table occupied. Dust and dirt under display cabinet.

I'd have given it 0 stars if I could. This is quite possibly the worst Costa we've ever been in. A simple click and collect order ended up being slower than had we just gone in and ordered it ourselves. They had no record of the order and were very rude about that fact as well. The way they asked what your order was made us feel like we'd just insulted their family by coming in. You'd be better off going to anywhere other than this specific Costa.

One of the few places when I can have a quick tea time catch up with a colleague. Tables and chairs could have been cleaned/ cleared. Looking tired.

Just been in here. Omg, one person in front of me and the guy behind the counter had to look at a book before doing his order. Was in for 8 mins and hadn't been served. I left. What a joke!!!

Ordered an Americano and gingerbread latte with soya milk no cream. Good job I watched the barista as she started to use normal milk, asked her for soya and heard the cashier say she didn't hear that she remade it with soya and when I got back to the car it had cream on the top, not sure if it was soya cream or gone off but it didn't taste right. Also no gingerbread man :-( I understand with masks and plastic barriers it's hard to hear but would have helped if the cashier read back the order, severely disappointed.
