Rarely open at 5 or 6am as advertised. Seem to open when they feel like it. Picture taken at 0720 and it was supposed to open at 0600! Shocking way to run a business.

This is a kiosk on the services that says that it is open at 5am this Monday morning, it is not.It opened at 06-15.

Just bought two steak bakes at this Greggs. When I grabbed the paper bag I noticed they were ice cold. I asked if I could have them warmed up and was told that this was not an option. So I have basically just spent £5 for something that is not edible and will have gone off by the time I get home. Extremely poor service and quality. Do not go there!
Stopped here before my long drive back to Kirksanton, Cumbria, had a Bacon and Sausage Breakfast Baguette and tea for £5, can't beat that for a motorway services, was really nice too

My partner went there to buy a coffee and my two children took brownies of there … they just eat them and when I took the Packaging off them I see that those brownies been end of date !!!!The lady who work there wasn’t nice to my partner as well …he is not talking well in English, that’s the reason??? Really disappointed! I hope my kids will have no food poisoning after those ! This should not have a place !!! I Hope I get to speak with the manager of this place
