Called to enquire if delivery to Kinnesswood was possible, was told it was so placed an order at 6.20. Started to ask what time delivery would be but the girl on the phone hung up. Called back at 7.15 and was told pizzas would be leaving in 15 minutes. Still no food by 7.45 so called back and the girl on the phone told me it was really busy and 'we don't deliver to Kinnesswood you know'. Our order shouldn't have been taken if it was such a problem to deliver to us. Pizzas finally arrived around 8pm so 1 hour 40 minutes wait for our food. Delivery driver was nice and said he was the one who said he was happy to deliver to us but the customer service on the phone was very poor. Pizzas and wedges were OK but won't bother using again after being made to feel like we'd caused such an inconvenience despite being told it was fine to deliver to us.

Fabulous take-out wood-fired pizza place. Great range of ingredients and delicious every time. Had a large order so on their advice booked it online earlier in the day and everything was ready at pick up time. Friendly and busy - just wish it was open more days in the week!
