Lovely food. Good choice of dishes from sandwiches, soups, baked potatoes and meals. Oh and delicious desserts. Reasonably priced. Staff very helpful, polite and smiley. The take away meringue was totally amazing.

So noisy I couldn't hear what my companion was saying. We were literally shouting at each other. Asked if we could move into the conservatory where I could see there were empty tables but was refused. This confused me because in the past I have booked and asked for a table in the conservatory and been told that I couldn't request a specific table therefore these tables couldn't have been booked. Really spoilt lunch for us and would seriously make me hesitate about going back.

Very disappointed after my visit to Le jardin Kinross. My Americano coffee came in a cup no bigger than an espresso cup very expensive at £2.75 for the amount if coffee. My cheese scone was good but instead of jam I opted for pickle. On paying my bill I was charged 55p for a teaspoon of pickle. I did enquire if the jam was extra and I was told no but jam and pickle are different!!!!!! Really they are both an accompaniment. I visit ur cafe quite often but in future I will spend my coffee money somewhere else where I get value for money. Very disgruntled customer.

Have gone here for over twenty years. Always been amazing. Unfortunately this experience wasn’t great. Quality of food not as good. Staff in the past always great. Now some are very good but not all. Also owner never in this establishment which always makes a difference Wouldn’t rush back. Not cheap but you don’t mind when it’s quality But not the case now

As the star rating show this is a lovely restaurant with very good food, unfortunately it is very busy and therefore we lose the atmosphere due to the many conversations going on. Possibly too many tables in the space
Visited here for the first time today with family. The food was tasty, if just ever so pricey. However the staff were polite, friendly and upbeat, which made for an overall very good experience.

How refreshing to recieve a warm friendly welcome and lovely food on a late arrival at the weekend. Staff were all smiling and all showing a can do attitude. We will certainly be back. Well done staff.Dietary restrictions: Great range of gluten free products available too.
