Has to be the best café in the area. The staff are great, very unassuming, so polite and friendly. The home baking offerings are always great. Most importantly, for a café, the quality, taste and variety of the coffee drinks on offer are spot on. This is a regular stop for me when out for a run on the motorbike.

Nice little place. Best bagel I’ve ever eaten. Bun not toasted into oblivion ?Sesame not brioche ?steak cooked perfectly and onions too ?very happy. They even added on a small side salad even though it wasn’t on the menu when asked. Very pleasant trip.Fried chicken was also very good. Spiced nicely. Fantastic experience.

Fantastic place. Looks like it’s full of second hand furniture for a cosy vibe. Food is fabulous and service is always nice and prompt. We always take our Dalmatian and he gets a plate of scrambled eggs.

We just popped into No 98 for a quick bite to eat before heading to Loch Leven castle. We didn't expect much but it was great. The burgers were lovely and not too big or fussy and the sweet potato fries were fantastic. The lattes were great too. The setting, staff and atmosphere were just nice.

There is no way you could give this place less then 5*. It was amazing! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the food was outstanding. Portion sizes were crazy! Would 100% recommend a visit if you are in Kinross as its defos one of the better places in the area to get food!

A fab wee place, the toasted sandwiches were delicious, and huge! If you like lentil soup, this is the place to get it. Bonus that it is dog friendly,. The service was top notch too.

Great food, great value, great service.We just popped in for a cuppa as we were passing through the area, but were tempted by the food menu! Glad we did order food - the chorizo, avo & feta on sourdough bread was delicious, and so much topping, it was super value. The haggis & cheese toastie was also very tasty & filling. Friendly staff & the drinks were lovely too.Well recommended.
Very fast service. Food is really good. I tried their toasties and also their burgers before and they are second to none. Fully recommend to anyone looking for a hearty meal!

What a little gem! We were driving around the area looking for somewhere for lunch and stumbled upon this wee café. Oh goodness, the latte was beautiful, really nice coffee and the toasted sandwich... It was delicious! Huge too and generous filling. We'd return, even though we stay miles away and was just passing through!

We were lucky to get a table as the cafe was very busy. Nice welcome. Lovely ambience and fabulous food. Try the black pudding and stewed apples cheese toasty. So yummy. Hubby had the lentil soup which he rated as best he had ever tasted! Son enjoyed his cheese and ham toasty and had to help me finish mine. All reasonably priced.

We get regular take away from here - never had a bad meal from it. Also the tray bakes are TO DIE FOR. My daughter also tells me the eggs Benedict are amazing. Tiny wee cafe that is punching well above its weight.

Fantastic little fine. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating considering my dog is a Northern Inuit. The breakfast was great and my daughter ate 9 slices of toast (normally will only eat 1). We will defiantly go back. Very dog friendly.Kid-friendliness: Staff very polite especially with my youngest. They loved the décor.
