Small seating area beside a sliding entrance door keeping the area cold in colder weather at the Kirkintilloch outlet. If I have one gripe , why does Greggs charge for takeaway paper bags , thought the charge was for plastic bags only , they should stop this charge soon.
Gone downhill since the pandemic shops are run by kids who are only interested in going on fb ..leaving remaining staff to struggle on there own area managers are not interested..so if your interested in a career with greggs kirkintilloch don't bother

3 separate occasions have been in now and walked out empty handed because service is so slow. Hot counters pretty much empty too. Not even any acknowledgment from staff.Waste of time
