Had given up on finding a clean, high hygiene standard, friendly kebab shop in the Falkirk area. Gulnar express was recommended and we were not dissapointed. Ordering was easy, selection was good. On arrival the shop was spotless. The staff were wearing clean aprons and a hat yep proper food handling attire. No hoodies or black fleeces in sight. The portions were huge. Two large kebabs could have fed a family of four. The salad was fresh and the staff used tongs not their hands. The food was freshly cooked and tasted delicious. Only criticism was it was far too much to finish. Well done for restoring my faith in kebab shops albeit you are in the minority.

After being served dinner at another facility close by I was seriously not empressed with what I had been given and i refused to eat the food. As a celiac I looked for somewhere that could provide something that was gluten free and Gulner managed to assist. Staff were so friendly and helpful that they were able to advise and adjust to my needs. I cannot be more thankful for their service and the quality of the food they provided along with quantity. The chicken was juicy and full of flavour that when I brought it back to where I was staying those I was with were jealous that they had not done the same.Despite ordering 2 items there was plenty for me to shareI will definitely be back next time I am in town. Once again your were life savers on Saturday. Keep up the good work
