Nice hotel. Perfectly positioned for the reason I was there. The staff made it even better as they were super nice and accommodating. They only offer breakfast but there is a lovely pub literally next

Fantastic staff, cannot do enough for you, very friendly, incredibly welcoming, nice pub literally 25 steps door to door with good atmosphere and decent food. Breakfast at premier is 10/10, best sausages I've had. Not too far from Falkirk town center if you drive.Rooms: Rooms exactly as expected, clean, cosy, shower with soap provided with a nice option of a bath. TV with connectors if your bringing a laptop or anything.

We used this hotel as a wedding stopover. It was very dated but the service was good. The breakfast was very good. Terry.

A typical Premier Inn. Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable and clean. You spend a bit more than other budget hotels but you get value for money in return. This hotel is looking a little worn in parts.

I only stayed for one night, the room was clean, tidy, comfortable, had a good shower and all the usual you would expect from a Premier Inn. The person in reception was very welcoming and helpful. Loads of free parking.

Greeted by very friendly lady on reception, very helpful. Room was big bed nice. No aircon so had a shocking nights sleep. Mouldy room in the bathroom but the shower was good. Breakfast room is small but the member of staff was lovely in there, black pudding the best I've had in a Premier inn. No restaurant attached to this one but there is a pub next door

Positives first - clean room, comfortable bed and quiet location. Staff were all very pleasant but Im not sure there were enough of them. Ice water in reception was a nice touch as the weather had been warm. Negatives - definitely not quite up to the usual premier inn standard. The hotel looks tired and could do with updating. There is no bar or restaurant, and the pub next door isn't great. The breakfast room was really small and crowded. There were only two staff members, one trying to clear tables, seat people and refill the cold buffet stuff and the other cooking with a big queue for hot food. I was there for work so I wasn't too bothered, but wouldn't choose to go back.

I’m on a journey to a family gathering and wedding of my Canadian Cousin and her Scottish boy and I’m in from Colorado. So having the Big Scottish Breakfast served by Fiona and Krys was the absolute perfect way to send me on my way for another wonderful day of adventures in Scotland!
