Popped in as we needed somewhere for lunch that wasn't too big a detour from the motorway, and glad we did. Great coffee and particularly good toasties. Need to find an excuse to go back now.

Visited here today, place was busy, ordered hot drinks and 2 cakes. Cakes sat at the side that we had to go up and collect them ourselves. Tea was prity tasteless. I was shocked when 1 staff member went to Sainburys to buy some popcrisps and was happy to put her hand in the bag and eat them while also preparing customer food. Was going to raise my concerns then it also looked like the lady in charge was helping herself to the crisps aswell , hand to her mouth then off to prepare food. No gloves or anything on hands .

So nice to be able to get a decent cup of coffee in the Falkirk area!Staff were lovely, surrounding were cozy and serene!I got a flat white and a blueberry Bakewell. The Bakewell seemed soggy, although, being an ex pastry chef, could tell that it wasn't in the baking...possibly in the cooling!?!It wouldn't put me off coming back and trying more!Oh! Most important point...dog friendly! ?

Friendly and relaxed coffee shop. A grade of coffee. Warm and welcoming staff.
The staff were too busy talking to each other and their friends to make my order correctly, they also made other customers orders before me who ordered after me as they also appeared to be friends of the staff. They did offer to correct it but didn’t want to wait again. In general the cafe was quite messy and observed staff pushing trash into the bin and then preparing food?
