Ordered a tandoori meal. Reminded them to put in the salad as on several, previous, occasions they didn't supply it.Meal arrived, once again, without salad. Called them, they said it would be delivered immediately. Called them again, an hour later as it was not delivered. They're excuse was they only had one driver. So from that, it was never being delivered. They then said we could have 20% off the next time we ordered and that it was," only," a salad.Informed them they shouldn't be deciding what part of the meal they deliver and that I like the salad, I paid for the salad and as it is on the menu they should be providing it.Very poor attitude to customer service and repeated errors. If getting what you ordered and paid for is important to you there are plenty other establishment who will provide that.Will not be using them again.

Friendliest people you will ever meet, really nice vibes when you walk in, food is to die for it’s not too greasy and not dry either but perfect, gave me loads of extra sauce out of the kindness of his heart. Couldn’t recommend any higher.Parking: Can park right outside and wait in your car until it’s ready.

Not overly impressed to be honest. Had a Chicken Balti and it didn't taste like any other Chicken Balti I've ever had, and I've had a few. Edible, but there are better Indian restaurants in the area.

It was once always great food and service. Over the past year however we've had far too many wrong orders or items missing. After not being in for a few months we tried it again tonight. Small portions and salad missing !

The lady was really pleasant and helpful when taking the order, the food was good when it arrived (on time), only down side would be it was quite expensive compared to our regular place, and one of the meals was very small for a large which was ordered, could have been picked up and sent out incorrectly, food was nice and would go back, we tried to call back with the food issue, busy night and phone was engaged.

Food was stone cold and we didnt recieve any of the dips or cans we ordered , they eventually brought this later on and even then it was still missing one can and had the wrong amount and kind of dips would avoid in future

Best Chicken Tikka Masala by far, so fresh with plenty of tandoori chicken and thick creamy sauce, comes with the rice so we only get one between the 2 of us, sometimes we can't eat it all, garlic naan the best, very tasty, delivery really quick to, this is the only place I go for a curry, keep up the good work.

Can’t complain about this place, the foods good (Donar Pizza usually), very quick delivery, delivery driver is a nice chap and very reasonably priced. Always happy to help support a local business, especially in these challenging times. Keep up the good work Spice Magic.

Ordered chicken jaipuri.not a lot of chicken, 2 bits of mushroom in dish.was a tad congeiled and mushy.ate it anyway as i was starving.not a patch on gulnar but they arent on just eat.lol.was edible but no great.dissapointed.also got 2 rice as never said rice came with dish so ordered one.best bit of dish was the chips.
