Let's face it, being around the hospital is never the place you want to be. But Lauren and her colleagues at Starbucks are attentive and caring in their approach to customer service every time, helping ease the experience and come away with a happy treat. Alternative dietary options and adjustments to your order are handled with a smile and a clear understanding over the differences between an intolerance and an allergy. Great team!

Got served by Lauren today and she was so lovely, warm and welcoming my little brother was struggling to make a decision on what drink he would like she gave him some options to chose from and he was a very happy boy with his choice of drink. My brother has autism and choices can be challenging but because Lauren was so lovely she made his experience smooth and challenge free. 5star service!

Lucy, Clare and the rest of the girls are fab, great service and never waiting too long. Been in hospital for the last 11 weeks with daughter being in ICU and visiting for my daily coffee has been the highlight of my days and couldn't be more grateful. Will forever be impressed with the ability to remember all these names!

Great friendly welcome by Lauren. Coffee,cappuccino ordered were amazing and just as we asked for some cold water to be added to the Coffee. Lauren recognised us on our 2nd visit that week ?She remembered us and what we had ordered previously once again Fantastic customer service. Staff have serious attitude problems. Served by Aimee, who was nothing short of rude. Short and snippy with customers infront of us in the queue including hospital staff. Refused to let a customer add on a bag of coffee beans to their order 20seconds after they paid, making them join the end of the queue. Had not even started serving another customer and then laughed when they went to the back of the line. Seriously need to re-evaluate the attitude of staff.
I ordered the new clotted cream Fudge cold brew and it was great! Definitely worth a buy to try it, you won't be disappointed! Lovely staff and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
