Shocking Service, Closing time is 5pm. Got there at 4.55pm. The lad behind the counter refused to serve me. When asked him about the policy he said it’s in our policy not to serve people near to closing time. Completely lying through his teeth. Pathetic !

Not sure what's happened to Larkhall Costa but its definitely gone downhill . Back entrance filthy and uninviting. Chairs and cushions need a good scrub. I won't even use a dirty tray ..unacceptable . No hot chocolate . Staff not friendly. Won't be back plenty other good coffee places in village.

Second visit in the last few weeks, and unfortunately, it is not clean. Tables dirty and littered with used dishes, the tables that had been cleared had not been cleaned. The jugs used to heat the milk were encrusted with dried milk and not cleaned after each use. This has really gone downhill rapidly. Don't think I'll be back !!!

Cosy and quiet, the latte was nice and covid rules are definitely in place, with sanitising rules between patrons sitting.

How disappointing… asked for coffee with a jug of hot water so I could get the strength I like. Told there are lots jugs that you can put hot water in…I suggested a t-pot….guess what none of them either. Ordered cake and was waiting on a fork when staff member walked away. Had to ask the manageress and on saying excuse me was met with a grumpy…. Whit!!!!! If she paid more attention to customers than her pals on her mobile tho he might just run more smoothly. As for clean/ cleared tables again seems to much like hard work. Using mobile phone seems order of the day. As someone who visits a lot I can only say this was appalling and no surprise that it was nearly empty

Staff are lovely. Especially your managed Caitlyn. She is always such a friendly happy face, she’s even remembered my order!! (I must come to often!) but I love the coffee and it’s always clean and tidy too!
