Very warm welcome on a wet day , the room was perfect , with tea and coffee available , large toilet and shower , and a very quiet room , breakfast was more than adequate , Full marks to Liz for this smashing establishment we will use it again when we return to that area

A lovely warm welcome. Room was lovely and clean. Had a fantastic nights sleep. Down for breakfast at 6.30am to catch the 8am ferry. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay again.
Excellent for solo traveller. Very near the port. Friendly staff. Very attentive. Breakfast was wonderful. Only downside was distance from town centre but was balanced by a good local bar and restaurant close by. Highly recommend this as a place to stay

Room excellent. Food great. Good places to eat nearby. Town center only minutes away. Location to Ferry port great. Liz and her husband were excellent hosts. really god value for the money. An added bonus is there are many places of interest to visit within easy reach but can not comment on the public services as we ha our own transport.

Immaculate with delicious breakfast. Room was well presented and not one thing negative thing to say. Our hosts were friendly and natural. Lovely couple and would like to thank them for our stay. Breakfast was immense with perfect dipping egg and superb local sausage. No trace of oil!
