Ordered 2 main meals \\u0026 2 ice creams. Received 2 happy meals \\u0026 2 small milk shakes. Granted I should have noticed when it was handed to me. So tired that I didn't notice till I got home where 2 kids were waiting on their meals. Phoned McDonald's who said if I came back they would exchange the meals. The meals were cold when I got them so would have been freezing and only fit for the bin by the time I had time to go back to McDonald's. They asked for me to (wait for it!!) Bring the cold happy meals back and have them exchanged for what we ordered. It's way out of my way to do so and I have 2 children waiting on food so I said they would eat them and they could refund the difference. Poor poor show all around McDonald's!! ?

Absolutely atrocious customer service today 15.06.23! Got asked did my card payment go through even though I paid in cash was then told to get out of the car & come down to the first window to talk to the girl who took my money! By the time it all got resolved my food was freezing! Won’t be back! Absolutely humiliating

The young Asian manager who was working the drivers side this afternoon is one of the most rude & obnoxious human I've ever met. He's either heavily on the gear or his mental health is about to cave with working long shifts. Seriously needs a good sit down with himself, not a good person to be around atm. Apart from that, carpark and inside looks clean at least.

Shocking service waited over 20 minutes in the drive through after paying. Then asked our order again on 3 seperate occasion. We were then handed the wrong order and told ours had been given to the wrong car. They then switched to the lunch menu and told us we would have a further wait.Not hard to get a simple order right. Sort it out

After a year and over 6 meals in the bin, after giving the benefit of the doubt of training new staff etc. I just can't anymore. Last 2 burgers straight into the bin, specifically state no cheese everytime and everytime It comes with cheese. I change the order such as adding bacon or something else so they have to look at the instructions and still they manage to get it wrong. So much money and time wasted as I have to go purchase a meal elsewhere. No attention to customers needs and lack of attention to the food.Dietary restrictions: Don't rely on them following any instructions even when it's printed on the box for them

This is the most middle of the road McDonalds I have ever been too. The food is average, drive through times are slow & the customer service is somewhat lacking. However, I will continue to go back as this is on my doorstep & I like McDonalds.

Called in Friday 3rd March. Great service, polite courteous staff. Lorna? (Apologies if I got name wrong) was especially helpful and was busy clearing tables etc.Parking: Well maintained parking area with ample spaces.

I'd say at least 95% of the time my order has been wrong. The only order they seem to get right is then one for my wee girl which is a happy meal.

If I could give it 0 I would. As someone who works in customer services, I am appalled at how I was spoken to earlier tonight! To be ignored and have 2 other cars, who arrive after you, served first was enough reason for me to ask why 2 other cars were served before me! After being told that's a different headset (like that's supposed to be an explanation) I said OK, but why were they served before me? I was shouted at, I'll get a manager, I don't get paid to deal with this s**t! After 5 minutes someone then came back to the mic to tell me I was blocking the queue and refused to come out and speak to me. I then drove around by 2 windows she wasn't at before I sat at the 3rd window for a further 5 minutes while she hid out the back but eventually came to speak to me. She was really unhelpful and just got me even more annoyed! I would never put any specific names in a review and very rarely do reviews but these 2 ladies, really need to change their attitudes. I will never be back! ?
