My whole family love this place. We have been going for years, and have always been so well accommodated, no matter our circumstances. From when my children were tiny babies in a double buggy and to now with our Springer Spaniel, nothing is ever a bother. It’s brilliant that we can walk our dog along the promenade and shore front then take him with us for a coffee after. He even gets his own wee portion of chicken if he’s been a good boy. ?Food menu is extensive, and the food is always spot on.The best place in Larne for a fry, although I am partial to the pasta bakes too. ?Large car parks nearby and 100% accessible for wheelchair users and prams, including accessible toilets, it does get really busy though around lunchtime.

The Prom Cafe at Larne's Leisure Centre is one of the best casual eating venues in a town not short of cafes. Portions are very generous and the menu offers a wide choice. There really is something for everyone.

My go-to place on Monday lunchtime, after a session in the Leisure Centre. Great quality food and coffee, all provided by a terrific team. Very friendly folk.

Eating at The Prom Cafe is a welcome break from the farm for our staff and visitors. It is ideal to visit for a team lunch with our volunteers, fresh healthy food, in and out within the hour and great friendly service. Always clean and well organised. We have also been able to get fresh made sandwiches for events to take to the farm, which is good value for money, tasty and caters for our vegetarian and vegan volunteers too! Thank you & keep up the good work!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: All dietary restrictions catered for, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, carb free.Parking: Two parking lotsKid-friendliness: Great menu options & highchairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible

The Prom Cafe in Larne is one of the nicest places to call for a lovely coffee and bun or an even better lunch! Honestly the food is just so good. Family of 4, food to cater for all of us. All the staff are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. And the view is just stunning! All round really lovely, you'll not be disappointed. Great price too. Plus ice cream counter to finish! Pets also welcome.

Ordered two meals from the all day breakfast menu. Was given a tray with two tea pots and crockery. Walked around cafe for five minutes. There were a number of customers sitting at uncleared tables, obviously having finished their food, there was also one large table and a table for four reserved. We then moved and stood by the counter as staff continued to serve customers. I appreciate they were busy as they moved around us but we had no where else to go. No one offered assistance, there was no creative problem solving. No one acknowledged our presence (other than a tut as I was in the way) or offered to help us find a table. After 10 minutes I asked for and received a no quibble refund.

Coffee tepid at best, no butter on bacon roll, more fat than meat, asked for toasted, didn't happen
